What happens in a session….

We will begin with a brief chat to connect in and then after you get comfortable on the table some gentle guided breathwork and relaxation techniques. Connecting you to the heart, the quantum field, higher self, multidimensional aspects and your teams. By assisting you to connect to the inner you and surrender to the intelligence of your own consciousness you are in fact healing yourself by giving yourself permission to let go and by allowing your consciousness to do it’s work.
I hold space and connect into your field intuitively feeling into what is ready to be released relaying information, helping you to face your fears and shadows and generating frequencies to assist with clearing and activation.
This is also very much an empowerment session where I help you reclaim your power, work on mindset and inner dialogue – freedom from distorted mind and to connect and be in the heart.
I primarily work with light language, symbols, sacred geometry, divine feminine, christ consciousness, rainbow dragon, amber dragon, amber light, earth energies, galactic energies – Lyran, Sirian, Pleiadian, Arcturian, Jupiter and Venus and guided journey work and much more. You may feel energy, see colours and shapes, revisit old memories, have visions…..this is a process of letting go of what no longer serves you and then bringing in the new energy to help you move into a new higher vibration.
